Our Approach to Leadership Training
Since each client has different needs and circumstances, we prefer to work with you initially to determine the current style and skill-level of your managers, and the changes that you want to achieve for them. This is a Key element in the design process to ensure a right-first-time outcome from your training.
We will then design a tailored workshop or programme with a specific agenda to meet the development needs of your people and your wider business objectives.
A Key element of our training approach is to review progress periodically, and to identify any follow-up needs.
Coaching and Mentoring
Developing an individual’s leadership skills is an ongoing process! To support our leadership training workshops we provide structured 1:1 developmental coaching and mentoring around specific performance objectives.
Success in Leadership Coaching depends very much on a relationship of trust and rapport between the individual and their personal coach or mentor. Our trainers are experienced managers and leaders of people with many years’ hands-on experience of coaching others in business and organisational life.
